Product Description

The gravity grading grains stoner machine is equipped with a parallel screen surface with two layers installed in the same screen body, and the movement of the screen body is similar to the suction type stone removal machine.
The upper screen surface is a classification screen surface, which consists of a pre-classification section and a diversion section.
The lower screen surface is the stone-removing surface, which adopts a steel wire screen to receive the falling heavy particles, and completes the stone-removing through the action of vibration and air flow. Grain flows along the screen surface into the gravity outlet.

Operation and maintainance

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the damper is closed, check if the inlet and outlet, the screen surface is normal or not.
2. The start-up procedure is to start the airfan first, then start the destoner, and then start feeding. When the material covers most of the screen surface, gradually open the large damper, so that the material on the screen is slightly "boiling", and the wheat or other grains begin to flow down steadily. Adjust the reverse air flow, so that the material forms a clear grains and stone boundary line along the aggregated stone area on the screen surface, and the stones go out. 
During the operation of the equipment, the movement state of the material on the screen, the condition of stone discharge, the grain content in the stone and the static pressure in the machine should be checked frequently. If the incoming material is interrupted and production is required in a short time, the vibration of the screen body should be stopped accordingly to prevent the material on the screen surface from running empty.
3. There are many factors affecting the work of the destoner machine, so such equipment needs to be carefully maintained, checked frequently, and the working parameters of the equipment during normal operation are recorded for analysis and problem solving.
4. The screen surface and suction duct should be thoroughly cleaned once a week, and the sealing state of the equipment should be carefully checked; the wearing parts of the vibration mechanism should be regularly checked and maintained; and the tightness of the screen surface should be checked regularly.
