1. Novel and unique design, simple structure, easy to install, disassemble and unload, easy to operate.
2. The produced floating pellet feed can float on the water surface for at least 12-24 hours without being scattered. Fish and livestock like to eat and easy to digest.
3. It is convenient for humans to observe the food intake of frogs and fish, which will not cause feed waste and will not pollute the water quality.
4. The ingredients is effectively processed by high temperature and high pressure, to kill farmful factors like Escherichia coli and Salmonella, which ensures the hygiene of the feed.
5. It is conducive to protein denaturation and absorption and starch gelatinization, which is easy for fish and livestock to absorb.
6. Generally, the use of puffed floating fish feed saves 8%-15% of feed compared with powder or granular feed.
7. It can produce sinking aquatic products, poultry and livestock pellet feed, which can eliminate most of the toxins and anti-nutritional factors of antitrypsin and urease contained in the material, thus facilitating animal digestion and absorption and improving the digestibility and utilization rate of nutrients.
8. Diameters and shapes of fish pellets can be adjusted by choosing different molds.

1.Internationally advanced pelletizing structure, using soft knife fitting form, realizing variable frequency speed regulation, can cut the output material into the required length product at will without burrs.
2. The electric control box adopts PLC intelligent control, touch screen, digital display, easy to operate and control each actuator, convenient and fast.
3. The screw sleeve and screw are made of special wear-resistant and high-temperature alloy steel material, formed by heat treatment, with the advantages of wear resistance and long life.
4. A unique booster die device is installed inside to ensure feed production and quality; and an electric heating device is equipped to improve the feed expansion rate.
5. The main motor adopts high-quality Y series three-phase motor, direct-connected reducer, and variable frequency control.
6. Variable frequency feeding device, more convenient operation, uniform feeding, and prevent machine stagnation.
7. Variable frequency cutting device, more uniform cutting, simple replacement of the discharge template, only need to replace the required aperture template for feeds with different apertures.
